Kingstec's Resource Lending Library
NSCC Library - includes book, journals, online databases and more.
The Early Childhood Development Support Centre, Kingstec Campus sevices the Early Childhood community from Windsor to Weymouth Falls, Digby County and has been in operation since March of 2003. We are located in room A109.
Computer availability and Internet access as well as resource collections are just a few of the services and materials available.
The Early Childhood Development Support Centre offers a centrally located facility for local and provincial childcare organizations to meet. Networking and support group sessions also use the facility to share curriculum ideas and commonalities within the sector. We also hold workshops at NSCC AVC Campus.
Innovative, new projects are introduced through the Support Centre to enrich and enhance the experiences of the early childhood professional. Mentoring and promoting professional development opportunities through many modes of delivery, for example, can heighten the participants awareness of the current trends and issues related to quality child care.
