But, the resulting minority government standings didn't leave much hope for progress. ...More The Institute for Human Services Education is planning to offer a 30 credit hour course, ECE1013 Human Development: Conception to Age 3, in Halifax in January 2009. It will be held on Tuesday nights, 7-10 pm, at Child Care Connection NS. The course will run for 10 weeks and will start on Tuesday, January 13.
